PAC Meeting AGM & Elections
Our final PAC meeting will be on June 17th at 3:15pm in the school library
At this final meeting we will do hold elections for our executive positions for the 2026-2027 school year
We will have Grade 7 Babysitters so that parents can attend and their children can play on the playground
We hope to see you there
Grade 7 Leaving Ceremony
Our Grade 7 leaving ceremony is happening on June 19th at 9:15am in the school gym
Siblings of our Grade 7 students are invited to sit with parents during the assembly
Siblings can attend classes for attendance and then they will be walked down to sit with parents in the audience when the assembly is going to begin
Grade 7 parents will have opportunities for photo ops at 12:00pm when we exit the gym so that we can start setting up for the Grade 7 Lunch and Dance

Sports Day
Sports day is happening Friday, June 12 at 9:00
Concession is open for parents starting at 9:30am, however Jarvis students are not allowed to purchase until 12:00pm once we have gone inside from cleaning up
Parents are encouraged to stay for lunch outside and enjoy a picnic with their families out on the grass field
Each year we have families bring blankets and enjoy the lunch hour together
Concession will end at 1:00pm
Our Sports Day will be wrapping up with the Grade 7 water balloon toss around 2:15pm…. Read more »
