Kindergarten Registrations for Jarvis Traditional catchment area students entering Kindergarten in September 2026 will start on Monday, February 9 at 9:30am – 3:00pm for families that want to register in person. If you wish to register online, the registrations module will be open from February 9-20, 2026.

If you do not live in our immediate catchment area but live in North Delta, you must register at your immediate catchment area school and let them know you wish to come to Jarvis Traditional. You do NOT need to do a non-catchment form.

Registration Documents Required (all documents must be received for registration to be accepted):

• Appropriate Proof of Citizenship or status in Canada for both students and parents, and appropriate proof of age and guardianship of the students:
  –  Canadian Birth Certificate
  –  Canadian Passport
  –  Permanent Resident Card, immigration or refugee documentation
• Appropriate Proof of Residency:
  –  Purchase Agreement, Current Year Property Tax Assessment
• Rental/Lease/Tenancy Agreement, Verification by Landlord ,  Current Month Rental Receipt showing address, or Letter from Landlord, along with a copy of one of the following showing rental address:
  –  Utility Bill
  –  Income Tax Assessment
  –  Government Issued Cheque
  –  Vehicle Ownership Papers
  –  Insurance Certificate

Non-District Applications

Kindergarten Non-District Application Forms will be accepted online only, on or after 8:30am, Monday, February 2, 2026. Please visit the Student Registration – Delta School District.
