• With Earth Day coming up on April 22, our Spirit Squad have moved our Spirit Day from Thursday April 23^rd to Wednesday April 22
• The theme of Spirit Day will be “Wear Earth Colours!” (blue, brown, green)

School Fundraiser – we will cancel if we don’t get at a minimum of 10 families

• Mountain West Studios is excited to be providing family photo sessions as a fundraiser! The sessions will take place Tuesday, April 21 in the gym from 4:00 onwards. Our goal is to provide portraits that CELEBRATE YOU and your Family.

Multicultural Week

• This week it is Multicultural Week
• On Wednesday we will have our school potluck
• A notice went home about this on Tuesday for the oldest and only children in the family
• If you are interested in bringing food for this event and didn’t get the notice, please email nbath@deltaschools.ca
• All students in the school should bring a fork/spoon to school on Wednesday and plates will be provided
• Thursday is our Multicultural Day Assembly at 1:15 and students can dress in their cultural attire if they have something special to wear

Registration is Open- North Delta Sunfish Summer Swim Club

The North Delta Sunfish Club, a non-profit organization, has programs for every age and skill level this summer. From junior swimmers to competitive teens, they offer expert coaching in speed swimming, water polo, and artistic swimming. Community Kids Summer Swim Club Program

The Boundary Bay Bluebacks Club is offering a summer swim blue program to local elementary students in Tsawwassen. The program runs from May 1 – July 31 out of Winskill pool, providing an introduction to competitive swimming for young people ages 5 and up, to promote fun and fitness. Are you interested in participating in a SFU Child Development Research Project

The Grow to Care lab at Simon Fraser University is inviting families to participate in fun, interactive projects. One study is for families to 10–12-year-olds to help better understand how screen use and online platforms influence child development. The other study is for families of 6–9-year-olds to research how children’s positive emotions develop. Please review the attached flyers for more information.

KPU Science Rendezvous
